1. Customer Requirements

  • The customer must present a valid ID and a current driver's license at the time of rental.
  • Health conditions: The customer must be physically and mentally healthy to operate the vehicle.
  • The customer agrees to comply with all local traffic and driving laws when using the buggy.

2. Rental Conditions

  • Usage policy: Vehicles may only be used in areas designated and authorized by Buggies Escape.
  • Restrictions:
    • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair judgment is strictly prohibited.
    • Subleasing the vehicle or allowing unauthorized third parties to use it is not allowed.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • Rental fees: Rates include all applicable taxes and will be communicated to the customer in advance.
  • Security deposit:
    • The customer must provide a deposit as a guarantee at the beginning of the rental period.
    • The deposit will be refunded at the end of the service if the vehicle is returned without damage.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure proper care and use of the vehicle during the rental period.
  • The customer is responsible for damages caused to the vehicle due to:
    • Improper use.
    • Accidents.
    • Negligence or failure to follow established rules.
  • The customer must immediately notify the agency in the event of any accident, damage, or mechanical issues.

5. Insurance and Coverage

  • No insurance is included in the rental price.
  • Coverage: The customer assumes full responsibility for:
    • Personal injuries.
    • Damages to the vehicle or third parties.
  • Customer responsibility: In the event of damage or accidents, the customer agrees to cover all related costs.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Reservations must be canceled or changed at least one week in advance.
  • Refund policy:
    • Total or partial refunds depend on how far in advance the cancellation is communicated and the specific circumstances.
    • The reservation fee will not be refunded. This is because, once you make the payment, we reserve the time slot exclusively for you.

7. Agency Obligations

  • Buggies Escape guarantees that the vehicles are in optimal maintenance and working conditions.
  • The agency will provide safety equipment such as helmets, gloves, and other necessary accessories.
  • A basic training session on the safe and proper use of the buggy will be provided before the start of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Buggies Escape is not responsible for:
    • Personal injuries or damages to third parties caused by the customer.
    • Improper use of the vehicles outside the established conditions and areas.
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the rental.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • These terms and conditions are subject to the local laws of the service location (Merzouga, Morocco).
  • In case of conflicts, they will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, aiming for an amicable solution between the parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the rental service of Buggies Escape, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions stated here.
  • A physical signature or electronic acceptance will be required as proof of the agreement between the parties.
